Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product is defective

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery

Customers must provide photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product when requesting a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with damaged packaging caused by the customer
  • Products returned after the allowed return request period

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details.

Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video proof (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
